Ph.D. from Surrey University. Andrew is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (by examination)and a chartered management consultant.Honorary Member of the Institute of Polish Managers (by invitation). Visiting professor of Marketing at the European University. Member of the Accreditation Panel for AMBA (by invitation).Has advised multinationals on marketing, sales and human resources throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Was a World Bank consultant in Central and Eastern Europe working with a $300 million fund (1992-1996). More recently is a consultant on commercialization of intellectual property.
Research field is commercialization of intellectual property and business ethics. Has contributed to several books, many articles, spoke at and chaired numerous conferences in the UK and Central Europe.
