Małgorzata Klenk has 10 years of professional experience. The vast majority of her working experience was gained mainly in leading consulting firms.
She started her business career in Andersen Consulting (Accenture) participating in the reorganisation of enterprises and implementation of IT (SAP) systems. Her main areas of involvement were in advising telecommunications as well as retail and wholesale organisations.
During projects she was responsible for developing and implementing change, communication, training and restructuring strategies. She also worked for Monitor Company, where she developed marketing strategy for the largest alcohol-free beverage company and distribution strategy for the leading beer producer.
Małgorzata was also running Production and Distribution Department in Panorama Polska, where she was responsible for day-to-day management of the department and for the reorganisation of the company.
She is lecturing on "Organisational Development and Change" at Warsaw University of Technology School of Business. Her area of specialisation includes change and project management, and reorganisation of enterprises.
