Dr Miklaszewska Ewa, UJ Kraków

Graduated from Economic University Cracow (Ph.D and M.Sc.) and Johns Hopkins University SAIS (MA in International Affairs) and post-graduate programs in finance and banking at Wharton School of Business Univ. Of Pennsylvania, MIT and Harvard Business School. Professional experience includes an advisory work for the Ministry of Finance and commercial banks and guest research at NBP. Teaches and publishes extensively on the field of banking and international finance. Research concentrates on bank efficiency, strategic changes in banking industry and the regulatory response. Publications include: author of two books, editor of 5 books and author of numerous papers in journals (recently two papers in ACE Discussion Paper Series, Brussels 2002).
