Thomas Alastair John Nicholson
Following employment with IBM and the Atomic Energy Authority, he joined the London Business School in 1970. At the London Business School, Professor Nicholson teaches on all programmes, executive and MBA. His principal interests lie in the matching of the management processes to the issues of profitability and operational effectiveness. He is now working on a new text, `The Glass Box` - Making Business Operations Profitable, which shows how executive understanding of operations is the key to business success.
