Jean-Pierre Nioche
Professor Nioche research and teaching interests are (I) lobbying and political strategy of the firm, (II) public policy evaluation, (III) strategic management and evaluation of universities. Graduated in economics and sociology from The Sorbonne, he worked in industry and consulting before joining HEC where he became Director of the Doctoral Programs and member of the school's Executive Committee. He chairs today a Major in International Management. He also taught extensively in universities and graduate schools in France (The Sorbonne, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, ENA, Ecole Polytechnique) and in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Kazakstan, Canada, Mexico). Author of numerous books and articles in academic journals, he also seats on the Board of International Schools of Business Management (London) and the French Evaluation Society (SFE). He currently advises, as an expert in evaluation and in educational management, national and local governments, the European Commission, and higher education intitutions
