This was accompanied with the thorough studies of the external business

environment and conducted with respect to the general economic context of Poland's industrial growth. Also, made an in-depth studies of advertising / PR / media sector concentrating on managerial climate issues and managerial positions' content; specifically "front line" jobs in Client Service and Creative units.
